I am a 71-year-old 2nd-Dan Black-Belt, and have been training at Sun Chong’s TKD Center in Fayetteville since 2016. I train twice a week, usually with two to four other Black-Belts 60+ years of age. It is a comfort to train with martial artists my own age. The Sun Chong instructors and students are family to me. The classes are well-run. The activities are challenging but enjoyable. The curriculum is straight-forward and traditional. The testing is formal, no-nonsense and rigorous. Mr. Cooper manages a great school. His program has my highest recommendation.
