Taekwondo is a great Family Activity!
Training side by side with your children is a truly special experience. You will share a common activity and cheer each other on as you move through the different belt ranks and meet dozens of other friendly families. Taekwondo emphasizes courtesy, respect, and appreciation for others.
It’s a Fun introduction to Fitness
Each 45 minute session includes exercises to develop balance, coordination, and gross motor skills. Your child will run, jump, kick, and have a great time while improving their athleticism. It’s a perfect way to develop healthy habits and a positive attitude towards physical activity. And for children who are constantly in motion, Taekwondo is a great outlet to burn off excess energy!
Learn The Importance of Respect and Self Control
“Master McDowells is the perfect balance of professionalism and family atmosphere! Everyone is expected to have fun but also be respectful. Love every moment I’m there and all of the family there too!”
“The instructors are engaging and thorough with their lessons. The atmosphere is one of respect and is whole family oriented.”
“Our children have been taking TKD for 3 years. Master Cooper and his team of TKD instructors have instilled them with a live of learning. They have been challenged several times with tasks and learning objectives that seemed out of their reach and they have seen themself get there with practice. The TKD instruction is rigorous yet fun for them and is helping them build the foundations of a learners mindset as well as resilient attitude that is not overwhelmed by challenges.”
